Body Damage is Cool
Crank the torsion bars up and add 85 toyota front shackles to the rear. Summit racing has the shackles. About 90$ if I recall correctly.

Kinda hard to do with coils.

Get GenII coils out of a later Montero and crank the torsion bars. You'll get ~2" or so of lift. Get some GenII UCA's to correct camber angles. And get a REAL GOOD alignment shop to set it to 0*.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Welcome to the Wire <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Not the v6s.

Do you really have 4in wheel spacers? Ouch <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

Can you post a pic of it. I've never seen a gen 1 with wheel spacers

And yeah I'd be really worried about the extra strain with such big spacers.

I have ~1 1/4" spacers on mine to even out with the SR axle.
