Here's a link to scan local gas prices by ZIP code from MSN. It'll probably come up with mine (85014), so just enter another ZIP to get any area you want. There's also a section at the bottom of the page that shows the country's highest and lowest. I have this saved to my favorites as it is kind of fun to play with.

Does not list the place I just got $2.68. Plus their other numbers are not updated. There are a couple places I know their gas prices have been the same since Monday and are cheaper than what they show on the site.
