Around here it is anywhere from $1.49 for regular to $1.77 a gallon. Junior runs a gas station convenience store and he said that 2-3 days before Thanksgiving the price went up $.22 a gallon. His price is $1.77 a gallon right now. Needless to say I don't fill up there, it is 7 miles out of my way! I buy the cheap stuff!

Not quite what it was several months ago when he said that he was paying $4.50 a gallon and could only charge $4.05, since Virginia has a law against price gouging. He could not take the price up to where he could get at least a slim margin of profit.

I agree with EB, that the price will stay down for a little while, but they are going to get us again. Just give everyone time to get comfortable and the play with the oil prices again, as well as as everything else.
