Getting the Wheeling Fever

OK, so I got the 3.0 headbolt set from engnbldr....since these are not TTY bolts, do I follow the same torque procedure as outlined in the FSM, particularly the 3 step progressive torqueing? Or, is there a set torque I should apply in a cross pattern and that's it?
