Basically, I mean, if I don't have a final torque setting, how do I know they're tight enough and all tightened the same amount? With TTY bolts, they'll stretch so I can see why you could give it another go around and still keep uniformity.

Or, do I need to quit over-analyzing all this and just do what I'm told?

Thus reusable several times should you need to. Actually Toyota says theirs are also reusable, but we tried that several times and had just one or two unhappy results so we started replacing them every time....*EB
