Forgot to mention, that for every year I work here, I get 2.5% ownership of the company. After 5 years, I'm "vested" and I get my share of the profits paid to me. Prior to that, my "share" goes back into the pot to pay for said share. I can own up to 40% when it's all said and done. I can buy my entire allowed portion whenever I want and become fully vested at that time. Golly, ya know what's really frustrating?
