, i should have been more specific, as in i know a few people that have various jeeps such as tj's and jk's which are marketed as being off road vehicles, as well as toyotas marketing of the fj cruiser, and know many people with these vehicles that have had troubles getting there warranty work done due to the fact that they were off roaded.

most of them with a little bit of a fight managed to get there warranty work done.
