 Gen I SWB Monty/Raider with black interiors?

I have never seen a black interior in a SWB Monty or Raider. Do they exist? If so, anyone have pics of one with a black interior?

Check your parts catalog. From what I know there were only grey, brown, and blue for the second half of the gen 1's (87-91) and there was an additional interior of cream for the first half (83-86).

Most black trucks got a grey interior; but, a few got blue.
Grey, blue and brown pretty much cover it as far as I know. Cream was mentioned as being an early color, but I've never seen or heard of it - not doubting it, but never seen one.
87 Montero, bought new, by me -

I've got a factory yellow '89 with a brown dash but tan (cream?) side panels all around.
HUMMER .25: No need to compensate.

If you're going to the expense of rewrapping anyway, take the next step and replace the cardboard with fiberglass.

The black Raider I had was equipped with a tan interior. All the other Montero/Raiders I've had have had grey.
I found that there are two grey colors, charcoal and light grey. There are three brownish colors, tan, cream, and brown. I've only seen a few blue interiors, but with no variations.

My old black Raider and my 91 black Montero both had the tan. My bros old black 91 had tan. My blue 91 has blue.
I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

Looking at 87 Raider sales brochure and all they show is light/dark grey and light/dark brown.Not sure about other years but thats what was offered in 87, only two choices.

My blue Montero has a blue interior. All the interiors in Gen I trucks I've ever seen were blue, tan/brown (variations of sun damage), and grey. If I had my druthers, I'd want olive drab. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.fivethirty.com/images/di.gif)
