I just want to pass on some information for Nuke. He is changing the way he is shipping the disconnects and this is going to slightly increase the cost per pair by about $10.00 to approximately $75.00.

Here is the body of the e-mail he sent me (re-printed with Nuke's permission):

quote:
Glad they made it this time.
I've got several options for shipping that I'm working on, I just have to see which one is going to work the best for everyone involved.
In any case, the increased production and shipping costs are going to reflect about a $10 increase in the prices.
I held off on the production cost as long as I could, eating the price increases, but the extra shipping was what put it "over the top".
Please pass this on to the 4 Runner folks along with my apologies.

Thanks

NUKE

Wow! Nuke is actually alive! I'll send him yet another e-mail in the hopes that someday he'll reply. It's only been a few months since I tried to contact him the first time.

I just received my discos yesterday about a month after initially emailing Nuke. I'd say that at least 10-12 days of the wait was my fault for not checking my email frequently enough . Nuke was great to deal with and these disconnects seem to be top notch. They are definitely worth the wait.

Urgh!! This is very frustrating. I emailed him about 2 or 3 months ago - no response. Then Steve Schaefer emailed him on my (and others)behlaf and still nothing!

Can someone post his email here again - so I can email him yet again. I'm so sick of hearing my rockstompers click and clack over every little bump!

Mojo

Still well worth it.

And produced by a genuine bonafide Nuclear scientist.
