The reason is simple. I discovered way back that most of the Toyota owners are pretty handy with tools. In fact, way up there percentage wise compared to others.

Add in the little 22R/RE series is simple and tough as nails, most concerns are tuning or mysterious noises.

So I decided to aim differently, work with that do it yourself market mainly. I have to say it's been fun because I very much enjoy trying to help folks, so I get email and phone questions all day every day.

If we wanted to just make money, we would set up an assembly line and mass produce the critters. But we have been there and done some of that, Vegas way back and Chevies for example. Let's just say shipping complete engines is a genuine PIA. So we stick with items I can still pick up.

I suppose I am wierd since I don't give a hoot much about money...

Oh, well....so far this business is still fun. As long as it is I will be around...otherwise?
