Getting the Wheeling Fever

I think I messed up on my description of the problem. There is a relay or something behind the passenger side dash speaker that is clicking when I turn the key...not the solenoid. It clicks whether the clutch pedal is fully depressed or not. That seems to be the start of my problems. Hopefully this helps trouble shoot this. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the help if you can provide any
