Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 1995 T100 4x4 SR5 and lately the brake light will light up on the dash and then go off on its own.. I checked the brake to see if it was not released all the way but it was?? Any idea why the light is coming on and going off on its own? Happens every time I drive.. Thanks!
