That is the 2nd row spot. I'm referring to the spot at the very back.
Turns out I was wrong about the placement of the knock-out in the plastic panel on the LWB: It doesn't line up with the hole. Also, the hole is 50% smaller than the ones used for seat belt mounting nuts.
That said, it could still work with only slight mods. And we're all about the mods...

IMO in the land of mods, those are rather insignificant things to overcome... thanks again. I now have several bots up to monitor local sales. Here is to hoping I find a good one!

IMO in the land of mods, those are rather insignificant things to overcome... True enough! I'll actually be doing that mod in the next few days, so I'll post some pics (maybe a full-on "How to move your seatbelts", if anyone cares), once I get signed up to some photo site. The key thing is making sure you provide enough backing material so the seatbelt doesn't tear the nut out in a crash. I plan on using the same material the factory uses, plus 25-50%. Some things need a little extra, especially where my family's safety is concerned.

And far more expensive.

Here are some photos (I hope) of the Gen I LWB set-up. The first photo shows underneath the rear side panel (driver's side). The far right hole is where the 2nd row seat belt lives, the center hole is for the MASSIVE 15 watt speaker, the far left hole is where the 3rd row shoulder belt would live. It's "nut hole" is the exact same size as the "nut hole" for the 2nd row belt. This picture shows the rear upper mount hole (the one in the center), which is NOT the same size as the seat belt bolt. The hole would need to be drilled out about 30%. This same hole exists in the SWB rigs. Sorry for the dark pic, but there was too much other light for the flash to trigger. This last image shows the knock-out in the upper panel of the LWB. It is NOT in the correct position for the needed hole. ![[Linked Image]](http://s460.photobucket.com/albums/qq328/WSDave/Raider/IMG_2400.jpg)

Wow, that's interesing that it isn't preset for the three-point belt. My 87 SWB was set for the second row. Nothing else up into the top trim area- something above the window and below the headliner?

I'll post pics later today. The SWB can't really fit a 3rd row of seats, but MAY be able to fold down some jump seats, using the same seat belt points that the 3rd row would use.
It would be a tight fit, but legal, with seat belts (shoulder belts, no less) for all.

The are pics floating around of overseas Gen I SWBs with troop-style jump seats in the "way back." Hard to see that for the taller US market, as opposed to the JDM.
I've thought about it myself. Thing is, if I need that many seats, it's because I'm doign something with other people. Which means there is some sort of gear to bring as well. I would likely need a hitch mounted cargo tray to make it viable.
