This is about as minimal a bench as you will find. When I sat in it, my feet stuck out over the halfway mark. You'd have to have people sitting opposite each other literally alternate there leg placement.

I can see why these are used in troop situations: Troops can't tell you to go hang yourself.

If the Raider were 6" wider, it would probably work. As it is, I wouldn't put my family back there.
