The 2 pairs of purple markers on each side are the smaller tie-down point nuts, while the green on each side and the middle are larger. Looks like they are for seatbelt points for the 2nd row.

I don't see any other points to put a third row in... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
