Need a Spot

I installed a new 34mm DGEC and the darn thing leaked fuel from the accelerator pump diaphragm area. I replaced the diaphragm, and the darn thing still leaked. I sent the unit back to the reseller, and the new one they sent me did the same exact thing.

Anybody else have this issue? Is it a known issue?
