Getting the Wheeling Fever
The power window on the passenger side of my '95 T100 SR5 4x4 will go down when the passenger hits the control but will not come up.. the only way to close the window is for the driver to close the window using the controls on the driver's side.. Does anyone know if the problem is with the power window control on the passenger side, a loose wire? or something worse.. hasn't worked right for years and since I am usually in the truck by myself it isn't an issue... You guys are pretty darn smart, I'm sure someone knows what's going on.... Thanks!

Sounds like the switch, contacts, or the wire assembly... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I'm pretty sure I had to replace the switch on the passenger's side because of the same problem. Seems to me I took apart the switch and it was melted inside. Probably a result of my son playing with the window...

Look online for a replacement, rather than the dealer. You could also get one from the junkyard, camry, corolla from about 1990-2000 used the same switch, as did all 4runners of trucks of the same era.
