Welcome to the wire. I'm sure you're already finding there's a wealth of info here on your Raider (aka rebadged 2 door Mitsubishi Montero).

The inclinometer is supposed to be filled with a fluid but with age the fluid typically leaks out because there is an elastic expansion 'membrane' that gets brittle with age... (at least that's the latest take on it).
