Pick up your brass; you might be wanting to learn how to reload, given our new prez-elect. No doubt. The Dems for a while have wanted to price bullets out of the price range of the average gun owner. They figure since they can't ban guns due to that pesky 2nd amendment, they can make shooting them too expensive.

I would'nt reload auto unless you have to.
I have more time now so I'll elaborate. Autos depend on precise loads to operate flawlessly. Everytime you shoot the brass gets thinner and longer. Although you resize them by trimming the necks you can never get the diameter back. Not a big deal in a revolver as you can reload them until they split, but with an auto loading hand gun it can cause malfunctions. Powder measurment and bullet seating are a few more variables that will affect the loading characteristcs. People do reload auto all the time but unless you have good loading equipment, time, and experience I would just go buy 10,000 rounds.

When I reload all my brass, it gets re sized, then trimmed, so the OD is exactly in spec....

The brass itself gets thinner every time you shoot so the dimensions start to get harder to get back to and keep any integrity to the casing. How many times will you reload auto? Since you reload then you know that you will eventually split the casing.....I've always felt why risk jamming an auto up with thin brassed, non-uniform reloads. MAybe for practice but when the stuff hits the fan I'd want a magazine full of virgins.

I only use reloads at the range. Mark your brass so you know how many times each casing has been reloaded. I use a different color sharpie as I buy the ammo.
At home I serve up only 230 grain Hydra-Shoks hollow points

W/Glocks you aren't supposed to use reloads, they have a tendency to jam. I have tried some self and store bought reloads in the past w/my G22, and have only had a self-reload jam.
If the Dems tax boxed rounds like they have been wanting to, they aren't likely to tax the individual components(they don't think that far down the road), so you can use your reloader w/new brass for the Glock.
