I was looking at a Yugo the other day for 399. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

They had some Yugo's for $215. All that nade launcher stuff attached to them just seemed a little unecessary <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

He was selling this one for $235 and I bargained with him and he threw in the 20rd mag for that price. Got my cash out and before I start counting it out he shoved the paperwork in front of me and next thing you know I've got it boxed up and we're talking Obama and he's selling me ammo ($5/box of the Russian stuff) while we wait for the ok and vowing he'll burn the papes if the Feds ever turn on us and then thanks for the biz have a good night.

I get home and I have all my cash still on me except for the $25 I paid for ammo!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" /> So being a good guy I've got to track him down. Thing is I don't think I have their name on anything he gave me. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

The Yugos are a little beefier but dont have chromed bores. There is no way I'd give 400 for one. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> I like the sounds of 25 better. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Seriously though if you want to come clean about the money, put an ad in the paper. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> If he does'nt answer in two weeks then its all yours. He needs to pay more attention when he makes a transaction and next time he will. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" /> He has your info though so maybe he will be calling.



Years ago I built a Norinco SKS up with a Choate Druganov sniper stock exactly like thisI had a shorty scope on it as well. i loved that thing and deer hunted with it almost every time over my Savage 30-06 or Woodsmaster 30-06. I could have the ten shot integral magazine out in minutes and had quite few 30 cap. mags.

SKS' used to be looked down upon but in an actual war they perform. I'd take one over a stamped reciever AK all day.
