Factory motor mounts go bad in a hurry if they get oil on them. Which is pretty much certain, since there are so many oil leak spots on the 3.0.

Don't get me wrong; I love the 3.0 SOHC (I own 5 currently), but it needs some owner TLC to make it a 300,000 engine.
