12mm is the size of the stud. same size as the stud on the truck youre getting the wheels from. the thread pitch is different so you will not be able to use the lug nuts from the other truck. if you cant use your lug nuts youll have to find some at a parts store or tire place. the lug nuts you use have to match the wheels (shank, acorn, etc)

as for those tires....i dunno. thats pretty big. as for anti-sieze.....i am NOT a fan of the stuff. never had a problem in my 12 years of turning a wrench by not using it.
