I was not thinking of actuators, vacuum lines, etc., just the actual drive system. When I had mine apart, the ADD shaft was smaller than the non-ADD unit. I'm thinking the non-add is the stronger setup of the two. and guess where mine broke? the axle tapers down. actually, it just shrinks, not actually a gradual taper. with the ADD out of the way, there are at least 2 links in the chain eliminated. you also need a new seal. leo d. 90 4runner, v6, auto, WCOR CitB kit, marlin duals, arb rear, tt front 4.88, blah, blah, blah... As has been mentioned, everything is swappable between the two.
