Southern guys come up and northen down. My new job should finally give me the chance to start getting out. I'd like to do a week's trip down through the southern Appalachian mountains- Blue Ridge, Smokey, etc.
For the last couple of summers I have done an outdoors trip with the kids. This past summer we went to AK to visit the wife's brother (awesome trip), so local travels then. How about something for summer '09?

Sounds sweet Bill. Keep me in the loop. My jobs is pretty flexible, so long as I have notice to plan a couple weeks ahead.
Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...

There has always been talks with getting a small Mitsu group together on the east coast, mainly in GA. Me and a few members planned a trail run where there was atleast 5 Raiders (if I recall). I was on my way down almost out of NC and had to cancel last min So I've been wanting to get a small group together since that. That was 6 or so years ago. I'm down Count me in once we've moved
