Oh yeah, you need new bearings, inside and out. Those just ate themselves to dust. New bearings come with races, you don't replace just one or the other.

You will also need a wheel seal. I am also concerned that the inner bearing is still sitting on the spindle. Is it loose? It should not have come off like that because it means you a) pulled the grease seal off when you pulled the hub (was it a bit difficult?) or you pulled the bearing through the seal (not something I thought was possible). It should be a slip fit onto the spindle.

From the look of it, you also need a new cv shaft. It looks like the splines on the end are worn back about 1/2" inch? Is there a groove for a c-clip in the splines?
