Sean is right. Your hub is toast. Not even close to being serviceable.

At this point, I would suggest finding a good junkyard local to you and start by pulling the entire wheel hub assembly. You are probably going to need most of the associated parts to get this one back on the road.

I am also very worried you have damaged the spindle also.

The bonus of the junkyard parts is that if the bearings look good, then I would have no qualms using the entire assembly. Isuzu bearings are HUGE for the trucks they support and they rarely fail. Yours did. They are also not going to be cheap and I would not be surprised if they are a) Isuzu only parts or b) special order from Koyo. I could be wrong, like I am multiple times a day.

You won't know until you get everything apart and cleaned up. I would get yourself several cans of brake clean and go to town. I would suspect you are looking a a minimum of an axle, hub, bearings, seals, a c-clip and most likely it looks like you chowed up the lock ring and axle nut. That then gets you to fixing whatever is wrong with your hub.

Sorry for the less than optimal news. It is fixable, but it is going to require some time and parts.

Good Luck,
Michael
