The bonus of the junkyard parts is that if the bearings look good, then I would have no qualms using the entire assembly. Isuzu bearings are HUGE for the trucks they support and they rarely fail. Yours did. They are also not going to be cheap and I would not be surprised if they are a) Isuzu only parts or b) special order from Koyo.

They are kinda spendy...I just did one of the wheel bearings on my 93 and paid ~$90 at Carquest for inner and outer bearing and grease seal...and that was with a discount. Retail was ~$130 or so IIRC. Stick with Japanese-made bearings, no Chinese.
