looking for a little help here. While driving my '86 along through the neighborhood running @30-35mph in third gear, I will occassionally get my trouble light to come on. Checkin the code it's a 6 which is rpm signal (crank angle pulse). No Ne signal to ECU within cranking, or Ne value being over 1000 rpm in spite of no Ne signal to ECU. Says to check 1. igniter circuit, 2. Igniter 3. Distributor 4. ECU. Why would this only happen at this speed, rpm? 2nd.. I do know my dist. pick-up ohms out higher than spec'd values..
