Replace pickup, clear codes, problem solved.

Why at those speeds and rpms? The harder you press the gas, the more voltage goes through your coil. The rpms don't matter much. With your speed and gear selection at 35 you are running a very light load, and the higher resistance in your pickup becomes a problem.
