Well got motivated and went to the shop(i.e. garage)("Silver'" domain)...
The verdict. After put her up in the air....Nadda!
The bearings are absolutely quiet!
*****, now what?
The rear brakes is probably the next thing to check. Although the sound seems to becoming directly from under the front seat area. Could it be vibration from within the cockpit off the back brakes.
The other thing while under there I noticed where the engine/trans mate the space is soiled (very small damp discoloration)....(Rant on)
Crist they just tore the whole tranny out at 15,700 miles to replace the whole clutch, you'd think the f!@#'n thing would be fully functioning! (Rant off)

Well....you say they just replaced the clutch...so the damp spot in there is probably just a worn or slightly damaged rear main seal, I wouldn't worry about that as long as it isn't leaking alot of oil.

Back to the noise. I wish I could hear it for you and help you trouble shoot it, that would make this easier. In a Jeep you sit on top of everything from the engine to rear axle so the noise could be anywhere. Check the brakes, could be something there. Jack the front axle (both front tires) off the ground and cycle the steering, maybe there.

After that stuff we may have to start looking at difficult and expensive stuff. *****

Thanx for the words.
Stats:
"Silver"
2006 TJ 22,300 aprox. miles
Never been of road.
I-6 6spd. 370x trans 231 transfr

As stated the stealership under warn'ty replaced the clutch at 15,700 aprox. miles (due to failing compoents inside)

I'm just not convinced that there could be troubles in the front suspension, but because I'm willing to try to isolate the issue will lift her up and check the front suspension over.

Well, could be that you had the lazy mechaic who was just laid off from the "stealership" work on your Jeep. Figurtively speaking. The repairs they did should be under a warrenty, take it back to them and tell them that since the repair you have had this issue. We have really checked all that can be checked through the computer.

Did you just LOOK at the U's or did you get under there and shake the chit out of em? U's shouldn't have ANY play in them.. The least little bit of movement found in a joint will be the cause of noise and shaking and after very few miles complete failure...even to the point of leaving the driveshaft on the hiway.

Body Damage is Cool
If this noise occurs regularly anytime the vehicle is in motion, it could be a frayed inner speedometer cable (assuming that you don't have an electronic speedometer). However, that wouldn't be my first choice. Also, if the speedo cable was that bad so as to make audible noise, I suspect the needle on the speedo would be jittery also.

I was for snow removal yesterday and it made no difference if in 2/4hi it did it. In 4lo it is a much more resonate distinctive sound.

ok.
BJ went out to the garage and shook the chit out of 'em. I saw nor heard any strange wiggling in the joints. I did notice on the back side of the tranny/transfer there is what looks to be like a metal donought....where that goes in it moves ever so slightly....not the joint, but that metal disk shakes side to side, very lil, albiet it does move. Strted the jeep and tried going in forward then reverse and it can def be heard...
