I think I am more of a 4- rather than a 3+. I could be wrong on that since the baseline for what is really hot varies. Up here in Vermont when you order a meal and request it spicy hot, it will rarely hurt you anyways. When I go out for breakfast, the girls do set the hot sauce out for me without asking now.
I do add hot sauce to most every thing I eat other than ice cream.
I prefer certain types of peppers for the flavor rather than the burn.
Now, being Tday, I will be heading out for the bland meal of the year.
