I am testing the TPS on my 91 V6 and was wondering if anyone knows why the VTA-ET reading would start at about 1200ohms? From what I found the reading should be between 200-800. As I open the throttle, it actually drops to about 800 or 900 and then climbs steadily from there to full open at about 5000ohms. Does it just need a slight adjustment so the lowest spot becomes full close or could it be hooped. The other readings seem to be in spec.
