My question is this why are you blaming an entire buisness when it is the employee(s) that are at fault.why not call the district manager and if that gets you nowhere keep stepping it up to the next highest until you get results.
ScottFW Our shop has one of those new corgis they it is a dream(as long as the rookies arn't breaking it) I usually use my old coats machine,on occasion i will use the corghi(ex corvettes with runflats).

the manager has screwed me around and lied right to my face and the vice president at corporate believed him over me until i sent in the pictures of the scracthes and the pictures of the jeep i have before i took it in and the pictures i have now to show that they valve stems are not in any of the same locations as they were before. i sent in those pictures at 930am on wenesday morning and he sent me back an email 5 minutes later say that he recieved the pictures and will look at them and get back to me shortly. i have tried contacting him twice since wenesday morning and he has not contacted me back. i have a feeling everyone at corporate is still shocked at how i just proved their sorry asses wrong. there is no reason it should take over two days to contact someone back.

My general experinace is that any of big chain type shops never admit to a screwup and always have an excuse.
Perhaps I'm just a difficult customer becasue I pay attention to what was done and if it was done right.
