the manager has screwed me around and lied right to my face and the vice president at corporate believed him over me until i sent in the pictures of the scracthes and the pictures of the jeep i have before i took it in and the pictures i have now to show that they valve stems are not in any of the same locations as they were before. i sent in those pictures at 930am on wenesday morning and he sent me back an email 5 minutes later say that he recieved the pictures and will look at them and get back to me shortly. i have tried contacting him twice since wenesday morning and he has not contacted me back. i have a feeling everyone at corporate is still shocked at how i just proved their sorry asses wrong. there is no reason it should take over two days to contact someone back.
