I'm going to check tomorrow on a set of 3kGT twin turbo heads, if swapped how you've explained, the heads externally look like they'll work, but im going to have to check out the cam situation.

I'll post info as i find out, unless you've actually done this or have a set of DOHC heads.

93+ 3000GT/Stealth heads are interchangeable with SR heads. They are identical and can be swapped from side to side (just spin them 180 degrees and swap locations for the coolant block off plate). The castings are the same and so are all of the mounting holes.

who let you in hans?

I've been here longer then you!!!!!!! I finally built an engine for my SR. Now I found a cleaner one with a lot less miles on it with a blown engine.... and it's not green!!! I should be getting that this weekend and tossing the engine in so I can drive it on monday.

I was thinking of a rear mounted turbo since the engine bay is kinda crammed.

I grabbed a 74 from a junkyard down in texas. We had two sr's here at a local pick and pull but the engines were gone the same day they hit the yard. They grabbed a lot of the interior on them too... I was pissed. I figured having 2 SR's would be ideal. Then I can lift on and have it for offroad duty and I can turbo the other and use it on the streets smile
