When he folded the rear seat, I was really surprised how much room there was. Not a heck of a lot less (or maybe no less?) than my little shorty...

Not much work done this week. It gets dark early now days so after work is out. Today there was a raider at the wreckers. Seeing as its the second one I've seen there this year I jumped all over it. I pretty much stripped it out corner lights to steering gear.

Munches came at the end of the night forgot to eat anything.

The seat belts go back in the factory locations. Well one does i just broke the other. (anyone have a DS rear seatbelt for a lwb gen 1 in blue?)

The space behind the seat is 16" deep at the bottom of the seat. every other measurement would be the same.

Pics of the inside.

Ah yes the 231 swap. I had the parts then traded them away. Spent most of the summer working on my Samurai and Jenssens heep to get it ready for competition. Still lots of questions to answer about that one. Like should I go with duals?

Sure I'll come to cali and cut another one up. Its easier if its not mine. I say 2 door next though.

My biggest concern is having to drop the fuel tank to replace the pump, unless your planning on making that panel removable?

Yes that panel will at least be partially removable. Actually I think I am going to make it bolt in. Also at some point a fuel cell is going to have to go in.

AW man if i had known this a few days ago i would have saved it for you, the truck we chopped up and scrapped had blue interior! I sawed right through those belts.

another question how are you going to get your fuel pump out if it fails? I'm guessing drop the tank, but i was wondering if you made that lower sectiom bolt on so that you could get to the fuel pump access cover.
