Now for my question... I know that the idler arm is better on the Gen II's. Can I get the pitman arm/idler arm combo & use them both on my 89 V6 without too much modification? Are the Gen II tie rods usable/better?

I need to rebuild everything in the front end of mine & see this as a good alternative.
