It is not a Dana 60 in the front of that truck unless it was swapped in by a previous owner. It could be a Dana 50 or D44 but my best guess is a D44. If you can get it cheap enough why not buy it and resell it.

What ever axle it is, if it is made by Dana then it should have an i.d. number on it. D44s are usually on the front side of the axle, next to the diff cover, on the cast webing. On D60s and the bigger axles it is usually either on the cast webbing like the 44 or on the back side of the cast housing. Find the numbers so you can be sure what it is.
