Wheeler
ok so i've been collecting wheels left and right but closest thing i can get to a full set of wheels is three. so i have 5 similar wheels but two have more offset...so this is more of an opinion i can run two different offsets. but would u put higher offest rims in front or back...in my mind the front would give it that baja look while the rear would give it almost a dragster look

more offset up front or in the rear
single choice

Front offset would give it that truck puller look. They offset the front to take advantage of more fresh track surface. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

keep in mind, maybe this is only my truck, but even with the same offset, my fronts still stuck out a little past the rears as it was. im not sure if the rear wms to wms is slightly shorter than the front or not, and i dont feel like searching for the answer at the moment.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Yes, same here. Most likely due to the difference between the IFS and the live axle suspension designs.

Need a Spot
So if the rear axle is slightly narrower track than the front, and you put the wheels with more offset (less backspacing) on the rear axle, you should end up with both the front and rear having pretty close to the same track width, right?

That's the way I'd go with it...

I can definately tell the front tires stick out a little more than the rear. If you have a lift you can see the difference alot more when the tire moves up and down in the front. The setup has to move in and out due to the a arms.

another thing to take into consideration is rotating your tires.
