I modified one of those cup/cd/tape holders that are available at most car parts isles at Walmart/Target/etc to fit in the tunnel between the front and rear seats and screwed it in place! I used a grey one which matches my grey interior close enough to look like it's supposed to be there. I can take pics if you're interested.
