If you do this, just make sure you draw a mark across both pieces so when you put them back together they line up correctly again.

This keeps the drive line from wobbling and runs just like you didn't pull it apart.

If not, it will start vibrating at a specific speed and you will have to unbolt it again and again clocking it by 90 degrees each time until you find the proper alignment.
