?? fuel filter, plugs, air filter, dirty throttle body, has the timing belt ever been changed ? bad gas.

on oil changes do not use fram, they do not have anti-drain back valves, you have a dry start up with them. get this wal-mart's tec-filters has a anti-drain back in them and they are 1/2 the price as the frams.

I would start with the fuel filter
