We seem to do this every year - I'll start...

Most importantly, I got my truck. Well, not quite two weeks ago, but it still counts (93 Pajero 2800 turbo diesel with inverted steering). In any event, wifey got me (or my truck) a Garmin nuvi 260. Very cool. No more getting lost on the roads on the way to the trail (once on the trail I'll revert back to the ol Legend).

What'd your trucks get?

The monty got a toyota front axle with 5.29 gears, an electric locker, all pro hi steer and a toyota steering box. Spoiled brat it is.

Rear diff didn't arive in time. To cold out.

Another 8 inches of snow!

Next... a front axle to pull it through the aforementioned snow!

Team Realtree steering wheel cover.
that was perfect because the super-cheap sew-on leather cover was really showing it's age.

hmmmmm... i am still working on it and cleaning up the damage from over the last 8 months or so..

I guess it would be the grinding off of the rust and repainting the skid plates real nice.

I only did One Yesterday and Today but will finish the other one on Weekend Maybe.

This is one part of the car that DEFINETELY DOES NOT get Red Paint. Red Skid Plates would be just weird.

Here they are Before , After Grinding Off Rust , First coat of Primer and After Two Coats Of Gloss Black !

I did add a Set Of small to Extra Large Hose clamps and Internal/external Snap Ring Pliers to my Raider's Tool Kit.

Got some nice gear from LLBean- some 180 earmuffs, a nice little fleece sweater, with the zippers where I want them. Got a little Petzl headlamp from the 'Wire Santy Claws. We are also having the gift of friends over to eat with us this coming Saturday.

Got a box of EFI parts from a member here; just had to wait at the PO in North Pole for it. Early present for myself was an Actron OBDII tester.

Nicer part of our Christmas was actually last week. My workplace annually sponsors 2 families thru www.loveinc.org This year, we had family members in both that were sleeping on the floors, so we were able to help with some of that. That's become more the tone of my Christmases as of late.
