Welcome to the 4x4Wire!!
1. The noise could be rear spring eye bushings in the front or rear of the leaf spring and shackle. You can test for this noise by jumping up/down on the rear bumper. Replace bushings if bad.
2. Dry upper control arm bushings could cause squeaking when the front suspension cycles. Takes grease in the zerk fittings.
3. If you have a bouncy seat base, a seat suspension system on the driver's side, the little wheel way could be squeaking for lack of lubrication. I like silicone spray for that fix.
