Need a Spot

I am in the process of getting a used wheel that is supposed to be in good shape and not bent. I'll have it mounted and see what happens from there.
Presently as my tires are mounted now, the two fronts have a small weight on each and the two rears have a long and short, side by side of each rear wheel.
