**Been a while since I've posted, hope everyone is doing well, and had a safe, and happy holidays!!!

Sandin' the entire body on my ol' Chevelle by-hand is a little slow (getting some intense tricept, and peck workouts though LOL)

Just wondering what you bodyshop-gurus had in mind?

Kind of on a budget at the moment (who isn't? lol)

Any advice would be appreciated ;o)

Roll Me Over
I do mostly wood but this is a good one - Bosch.

I've had the 'turbo'/standard orbit mode on a Festool - great feature. The turbo mode changes it to a straight rotation and will remove material very fast. The standard random orbit mode on these more powerful sanders is fantastic and fast though compared to the palm sanders. The bigger, two hands, 6" types are the way to go if you're sanding alot of area.

I bought a cheap black and decker random orbit sander recently. It totally rocks with agressive sandpaper. But then, i've only used it on wood so far. It was only $35.

This Porter Cable 6" is a good one. A little cheaper than the Bosch. I like mine.
