Found this gem with only 220k on it...fer only $500. Has the power package and cruise control.
Has a few things wrong with it as it sat fer 2yrs. Just had it towed to the dealer to git the water pump and the timing belt/idler rollers/front seals replaced fer about $1k. I git it back on Friday as they didn't have the water pump in stock.
Since this will be my first 4x4...what should I be looking at fer maintenance? I've already dropped the engine oil out and replaced it as I figured it would be bad just sitting fer 2yrs. Although the oil was pretty black and smelled of gas, there was no water in it. I guess the differentials and transmission are next.
Things I know that needs to be fixed so far:
Needs new tires (current 31x10.5 on 15" alloys)...thinking about swapping out the Yokohama Geolander AT/S LT235/75-15 on the 2WD T-100 before I sell it. Not sure if the 31" tires will fit on there or not. High beams don't work but they light up in flash mode Power steering hose and pump are leaking E-brake seems stiff when pulled Muffler needs to be replaced Antenna needs to be replaced PCV valve needs to be inspected/replaced...with the grommet Right power mirror frame is broken but the mirror still works Probably needs an alignment Probably needs the shocks replaced Large dent in the left rear quarter panel Bulbs in the instrument cluster needs to be replaced
Don't have my cable to post up any piccies yet but I will do as soon as I git him with both trucks. Gonna try to tow one with the other...
