LOL no. They were nice enough to do a clean removal. Very professional. They even unplugged everything instead of cutting the wires. Bless their hearts. All I need to do now is save up $$$ and buy the same thing I had. Should slide right back in, unless my modifications don't allow for that

And here I was thinking that "sparkomatic" was just referring in a general sense to cheap K-mart crap that would cause actual sparks. Had no idea it was a legit brand name.
What genius decided to name their electronics company "Sparkomatic?" Might as well name your automobile company Crashomatic.

We always thought it was called that because in order to get anywhere remotely close to the output claimed on the amps, it would have to get struck by lightning.

So you never answered my question, did you take the faceplate off? Me or JnC? Removeable faceplates were nice... before eBay.

I bought it because I knew it had no street value. Unfortunately nobody told the addicts

Pfftthtttt. I thought my Craig cassette deck was the shiznit, in '86. Jeez. we always got our stereo equipment at the Local San Jose Flea Market. Not the Stolen Stuff either. Brand New Knock Off Brands In the Box. Sanya , Soni , etc... Typical set up was Large Alpine or Pioneer Cassette Deck paired to Flea market Amplifier and Equalizer. A couple Jensen Coaxial speakers in the doors and Jensen Triaxial Speakers in the rear window. (A great Place for speakers to get Cooked by the Sun!?) Then turn it up and peel rubber man! SPACE TRUCKIN' ! !
