It bent between the bolts and the angle gussets under load, but I think it was only 1/4" steel. Yours looks some beefier. Not responsible for advice not taken... I tow dollied a 93 3000GT VR4 with it yesterday (yes, I did disconnect the driveshaft) over 400 miles without any problems even on steep hills.
