The best deal I've seen on MT's is at Costco. Also, 35s are a little cheaper than 33s, but evidently that's not a concern at this time <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I bought my 35 MTRs from a racer here in socal who gets tires from his sponsor to sell for racing money. I can see if he has any if you'd like. I got my brand new set of 4 for CHEAP...

Russell,
I checked Pirate. Thanks for the tip. Lots of activity in their for sale section. Didn't find a set nearby but will check until I do.

Bob,

Not sure what brand the windshield is. Here's a pic of the logo on it...
[Linked Image]

I assume they used the factory trim but to be honest I haven't checked. It's under the blue tape.

Clay,

Thanks for the heads up about Costco. They don't put their prices online so I'll go in and check. The cheapest advertised price I've found w/ a cursory search was from 4wheel parts at $188/tire for the 35" BFG MT's. I have to wonder though when they'll offer their 'buy 3 get 1 free' offer? Of course I can probably get Americas Tire to match that price which I just may.

Jon,

That would be awesome if I could get a deal through your connection! Let me know what he/she says.

TIA!!

Kris,

Good thing you don't know where I live then.

Doh, my memory's failed me again!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Jon: Just curious if you've checked with your buddy or if this is something that you'll do when you're CONUS?

Russell: I did check pirate the other day. Nothing yet. I need to check again today. Dang that board moves quickly!

Clay: I'm gonna pay a visit to Costco today as well. I bet they're more expensive here than in the C.Valley.

I sent him an email already, Ray. I'm still waiting for the reply. Sometimes I have to wait a bit, but if I don't hear from him over the weekend, I'll try to give him a call one night (here) next week.

Oh geez... gears, gears gears...
4.90's or 4.88 to be exact. I know I need MR124860 (front) & MR124858 (rear) courtesy of your friendly neighborhood specialized parts no. repository thread... but where to buy?

Rock Auto doesn't seem to carry it... at least I can't find it via part no. search there.

Mitsubishiparts.net wants
-Front MR124860 - $473.57
-Rear MR124858 - $299.06

The local dealer quoted me suggested retail. I could probably get some kind of discount off of that. Not sure if I'd get close to the mitsubishiparts.net price though.
-Front MR124860 - $621.48
-Rear MR124858 - $392.47

I want to exhaust all options though so help a brutha out... what are the other online resellers who might have these? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Ray,

Gen IIs with 4.9s appear somewhat regularly at Pick-n-Pull. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
